Wiring Instructions for Remote Control Box (iGX700 & iGX800)

Key must remain in the OFF position.

1. Connecting the Red (Power) Wire:
   • Locate the red wire coming out of the remote control box. It has a blue posi-tap connector on the end.
   • Unscrew the end of the blue connector and place it over the white wire coming out of the rectifier (a small black box with fins on top and multiple wires connected to it, usually via a green connector).
   • Screw the cable end back onto the posi-tap connector, ensuring the small pin pierces the insulation and makes a proper connection with the wire
2. Connecting the White (Ignition) Wire:
   • Locate the black wire with a yellow stripe also coming out of the rectifier.
   • Unscrew the posi-tap connector on the end of the yellow wire from the remote box.
   • Place the posi-tap over the black wire with the yellow stripe and screw it in, ensuring the metal spike pierces the insulation and connects properly.
3. Connecting the Blue (Starter Motor) Wire:
   • Locate the blue wire with a blue piggyback spade connector and the white wire with a black stripe black cover near the positive connector of the starter solenoid.
   • Remove the original connector from the engine.
   • Plug it into the available slot on the piggyback connector of the blue wire.
   • Reconnect the piggyback assembly to the engine.

4. Connecting the Black (Ground) Wire:
   • Connect the black wire from the remote control box to either:
     • The negative terminal of the battery, or
     • Any other suitable ground point on the engine.

Remote Operation Instructions

• To Start the Ignition:
  • Press Button A to power the ignition.
• To Start the Engine:
  • Press and hold Button C until the engine starts.
• To Turn Off the Machine:
  • Press Button A again to power down the ignition.
