Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must not be a custom-built or special order product.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used chemicals.
- Custom-built equipment or special-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email admin@allwestpressurecleaning.com.au with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Approval – Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Shipping the Item – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs & Calculation
We use Starshipit to calculate shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of your order. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
