Hose Clamps
Worm-drive hose clamps in W4 grade 316 stainless steel, in 9 mm and 12 mm band widths, sized from 8 mm to 40 mm and sold in packs of 10. W4 clamps resist corrosion from sodium hypochlorite, salt and cleaning chemicals, so they suit softwash plumbing, tank outlets and skid builds.
Everything is priced including GST and ships Australia-wide from our Jandakot warehouse in Perth, or you can collect it free.
Hose Clamps: common questions
What does W4 mean on a hose clamp?
W4 is the grade where every part of the clamp, including the band, housing and screw, is 316 stainless steel. It is the most corrosion-resistant standard grade and the right choice for chemical lines, softwash systems and marine use. W2 clamps use 304 stainless and are less resistant.
What hose clamp size do I need?
Measure the outside diameter of the hose once it is pushed onto the fitting, then pick a clamp whose range covers that diameter, ideally with the hose near the middle of the range. Use the wider 12 mm band on larger hoses for more even clamping force.
