Orders are picked from the Jandakot warehouse. Courier rates are quoted live at checkout against your delivery address, so you see the real cost before you pay — no flat-rate guessing.
Click & collect is free. Pick-ups are ready within business hours, Mon–Thu 8:00–16:00, or Fridays by appointment.
Chemicals classed as dangerous goods are packed separately from general freight and travel by road only. Some remote destinations and some carriers will not accept them.
Wrong size or changed your mind? Most stocked items can come back within 30 days, unused and in their packaging.

Machines carry their manufacturer's warranty. Keep your order number — it is the fastest way for us to find the sale and get a claim moving.
Consumables and chemicals are not covered once opened, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
