Uniseals are a simple and reliable alternative to traditional bulkhead fittings, designed to create a liquid-tight seal where pipe passes through a tank wall.

They are ideal for water tanks, chemical tanks, softwash systems, filtration setups and general pipe-to-tank connections where a clean, low-profile seal is needed. Unlike standard bulkheads, Uniseals can handle curved or irregular surfaces and do not require nuts, flanges, washers or multiple sealing components.

How to fit:

• Drill the hole with the hole saw size above and clean off any burrs
• Push the Uniseal into the hole with the wide flange facing the side the pipe comes from
• Bevel and deburr the end of the pipe
• Wet the pipe with soapy water and push it through from the flange side
