Our Softwash Proportioner is designed to let you adjust your water, sodium hypochlorite and soap ratios on the fly, giving you better control over your mix at the point of application. Whether you are rinsing, applying a light maintenance wash, or increasing strength for heavier organic growth, the proportioner makes it easy to dial in the right blend for the job.
Built with a clear acrylic manifold, this model makes it easier to see what is happening inside the system. If air is entering the line, the clear body helps make potential leaks easier to spot and identify, saving time when troubleshooting and keeping your setup running smoothly.
The PVC metering valves feature an all-poly construction with Viton seals for strong chemical resistance in softwash applications. Each valve includes easy-to-read dial indicators, allowing for repeatable settings and more consistent chemical control. The soap valve also features a longer 180-degree adjustment range, giving you finer control when dosing surfactant.
To help prevent tanks from equalising, each line is fitted with check valves. These include highly corrosion-resistant Hastelloy springs, making them well suited to harsh softwash chemicals and regular sodium hypochlorite use.
3/4" Proportioner is recommend for larger pumps such P40, Lowara 240v, Udor, Goulds or other high flow pumps
The manifold support a bypass loop, going back to the proportioner manifold with the 1" through manifold design.
1/2" Proportioner is recommend for smaller 12v pumps such as the Delavan 12V.
