Ultimate Exterior Cleaning Truck
Pressure washing, softwashing and pure-water window cleaning, all run from a single Fuso Canter 515 City Cab. Four electric reels, hot water on tap and a four-way proportioner mean the crew never has to swap setups between jobs.
Softwash
A Lowara 19-stage booster pump with 316 stainless steel internals drives the softwash side. The chemical and flush lines are switched remotely, so the operator changes from mix to rinse at the wall, not at the truck.
Pressure cleaning and hot water
A Honda GX690 pressure cleaner delivers 33 L/min at 3600 PSI, paired with a Mazzoni 30 L/min boiler for hot-water work on grease, gum and oil.
Pure water
A custom pure water system runs a 240V Lowara pump through double RO membranes and dual resin tanks, producing 11 L/min of 0 TDS water for spot-free glass.
Hose and mixing
Four electric Titan hose reels keep every line tidy, and a four-way proportioning system meters water, soap, SH and pure water precisely.
Most of the gear on this setup is on the shelf in Jandakot.
