Big Boy Softwash Truck
A custom soft wash and pressure cleaning truck built for a Perth exterior cleaning business, set up to handle any residential or commercial job. Everything switches by remote, from up to 300 metres away.
Softwash
The P40 soft wash pump moves 40 litres a minute at 300 PSI for fast, even coverage, fed through a softwash proportioner.
Pressure cleaning
A Honda GX690 pressure cleaner puts out 33 L/min, with a soft-start unloader for smooth operation.
Pure water and remote control
A 4-stage RO/DI system with a remote-activated pump supplies spot-free water for window cleaning. The operator can switch between water and chemical from up to 300 metres away, and the pressure cleaner and water fed pole are remote controlled too.
Finishing touches
Rhino stainless steel hose reels, a clever fuel filling setup and an extra lighting package round out the build.
Most of the gear on this setup is on the shelf in Jandakot.
